Outreach Ireland Meets New Philippine Ambassador to Ireland

H.E. Mr. Lagdameo is now the non-resident Philippine Ambassador to Ireland

Outreach Ireland had the privilege to have a private dinner with Philippine Embassy UK Officials at Drunken Fish Korean Restaurant owned by Former Operations Director of the Philippine Honorary Consulate Dublin Raymond Garrett. The London delegation had a quick visit to Dublin for H.E. Mr. Antonio Manuel R. Lagdameo’s presentation of his Letters of Credence to the Irish President at Áras an Uachtaráin. Ambassador Lagdameo has now been accepted by the Irish government as the non-resident Philippine Ambassador to Ireland.

At the dinner with Outreach Ireland Coordinators Vanda Brady and Raymond Garrett, the ambassador was accompanied by his spouse Mrs. Linda Floirendo Lagdameo, Second Secretary and Consul Mr. Rommel Romato, Consul Voltaire Mauricio, and Finance Officer Gil Modesto. Also present was Solicitor Robert Emmet Bourke who has assisted in legal advice for Outreach Ireland and the Philippine Embassy in recent months.

Before dinner, Raymond Garrett took the delegation to Guinness Storehouse for the unique brewery experience of the authentic dry Irish stout.

H.E. ANTONIO M. LAGDAMEO is now officially Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Philippine Embassy, United Kingdom, with concurrent jurisdiction over Ireland.

From the team at Outreach Ireland we would like to wish Ambassador Lagdameo our warmest welcome to Ireland and we look forward to seeing him again in the near future.
